ITINERARY

Day 1: Nairobi – Masai Mara

Arrive at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport.  You will be welcomed and greeted by your driver/guide shortly after you start your journey which takes you to the Masai Mara, Kenya’s most famous wildlife reserve.

Enjoy a sense of true adventure as you make your way through the park to the chosen camp. You will arrive in time for lunch followed by your check-in.

In the afternoon/evening, you will embark on your very first fully-fledged game drive in the Masai Mara.

Day 2: Masai Mara

Today enjoy a full day in the stunning Masai Mara. Two game drives are recommended in a day, one in the early morning and another one in the late afternoon Alternatively, you can choose to take an early breakfast and then embark on a more extensive full-day game drive with a packed picnic lunch.

The stunning and exceptionally wildlife-rich savannah of the Masai Mara is Kenya’s most popular visitors’ magnet. There is a profusion of all types of wildlife including the Big 5.

The game reserve also abounds with birdlife with close to about 452 odd recorded species

 Day 3 – Masai Mara – Nakuru

After breakfast, you will be met by your private driver/guide at the reception at around 8 am to start your drive to Nakuru.

Arrive at your chosen camp/lodge in time for lunch. After lunch and check in you will depart for a game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park.

It is one of the alkaline lakes located within the Great Rift Valley. The park boasts of huge variety of animals, including leopards who – with a bit of luck – are found snoozing on the branches of the magnificent yellow-barked acacias.

Buffalo, hippo, waterbuck, warthog, baboon, the endangered Rothschild’s giraffe, white rhino and the rare black rhino, which is protected and guarded here, are some of the other animals who are regularly sighted within the grounds of this popular park.

 Day 4: Nakuru – Amboseli

After breakfast, you will be met by your private driver/guide at the reception at around 8 am to start your drive to Amboseli National Park, located at the foot of Africa’s highest mountain, Mount Kilimanjaro.

Arrive at your chosen lodge/ camp in time for lunch, followed by an afternoon game drive. Later as the sun sets, you will be transferred back to your accommodation for dinner and overnight.

Overnight at your chosen camp/lodge on a full-board basis.

 Day 5: Amboseli

The snow-capped peak of Mount Kilimanjaro rises above a saucer of clouds and dominates every aspect of Amboseli National Park.

This park covers only 150 square miles but despite its small size and its fragile ecosystem, it supports a wide range of mammals and over 400 species of birds.

It is world famous especially for its large herds of elephants, who make for a postcard-perfect photograph with Mount Kilimanjaro in the background!

Day 7: Nairobi – Departure

After breakfast check out of the hotel and meet with your driver/guide to start your journey back to Nairobi.
